Few Aruban hotel restaurants do Chinese or Japanese food really well, but Blossoms is an exception. The interior's dark woods, falling water, and stone all help create a suitably Asian setting. One side of the restaurant is devoted to Japanese cuisine, compete with a sushi station. The expansive menu is a bit daunting, but the helpful staff can ably assist your choice. Purists will stick with one cuisine or the other, but regulars have fun mixing and matching. The hibachi
done at your table is usually a hit with kids.
