Playa Linda Beach Resort Review

On one of the nicest sections of Palm Beach, this striking resort is constructed like a stepped Mayan pyramid. The design allows for maximum visibility from individual rooms and means that most balconies open to the sky (though it also means that most balconies are not entirely private and are visible from the balcony above). All units are fully equipped with kitchens—a great money-saving feature for families. Spacious studios and one- and two-bedroom suites are lavishly appointed. Frolic on the beach, dip in the free-form pool or one of the hot tubs, play a few games of tennis, or shop in the arcade. In the evening you can watch the sunset from the terrace or hit the free weekly cocktail party. Come morning, grab a quick bite at on-site Dushi Bagels. If you're looking for one of the best views on the island and a massive balcony complete with barbecue and hot tub, consider a penthouse suite.

    Great timeshare

I've been going to Playa Linda since 1986 so it is like a second home to me. I have always been very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds. Staff is friendly and almost all speak 4 languages, including English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish. The beach is gorgeous as is the pool. It is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, hotels, and shops, but it's best to rent a car to get to more remote restaurants and to explore the island. When I dream about a vacation, it's a Playa Linda!
