Themed with an African motif that includes zebra-skin décor and safari-suited servers, this family-run spot serves local Caribbean dishes with an African twist. The ribs with Mozambique rub and South African lobster tails are good, but the machi betti's (chicken wings with a creole peanut sauce), and Grandma’s barbecue platter with tiger rice and Congo coleslaw are real showstoppers. Start with a snack of cheetah chips (crunchy fried plantains with Thai peanut sauce) and an exotic cocktail from the excellent drink list.
