Aruba Marriott’s Simply Fish is a romantic escape that specializes, as the name suggests, in seafood. Tiki-torch-lighted, waterside service is welcoming, attentive, and unpretentious. The catch of the day (a choice of five types of fish) is always fresh, seasonal, and sustainable, and the bouillabaisse is an excellent start to the meal. Meat eaters should be aware that they have only two menu options: filet mignon and roasted chicken breast. It's best to reserve a table before sunset for beautiful views.
