American Airlines has daily direct service from New York and Miami. American Eagle has several daily flights from San Juan. Continental Airlines offers nonstop service from Newark and Miami. Delta Airlines schedules twice-weekly flights from Atlanta in high season. US Airways offers direct service from Baltimore and Philadelphia. Air Canada has nonstop service from Toronto. British Airways has daily nonstop service from London, as does Virgin Atlantic. BWIA has nonstop service from New York, Miami, and Toronto. Carib Aviation flies daily to Barbuda, as well as to neighboring islands. LIAT has daily flights to and from many other Caribbean islands. Antigua-based Caribbean Star (which may merge with LIAT) promises a "whole new altitude" with daily flights to and from several islands, as well as Miami and San Juan.

Charter flights to Barbuda from Antigua on Carib Aviation cost $60 per person. However, daily seven-seater charter flights are often booked well in advance or canceled without sufficient bookings.
