Northeast of Freetown (follow the signs), this delightful art gallery-cum-restaurant is built on the foundation of a 17th-century sugar-plantation greathouse. Artists Graham Davis and Peter and Annabella Proudlock co-founded the original Jamaican outpost, but the Antigua outpost is run by enterprising Italians who operate a superb restaurant and six chic charming cottages. Its remote location is a headache, but Harmony Hall's seamless blend of historic ambience, panoramic ocean views, stellar food, and sterling service provides a feast for all the senses. Allot the whole afternoon to enjoy lunch, browse through the exhibits, comb the beach, and perhaps even snorkel at nearby Green Island via the property's boat, Luna.
