The eponymous owner, a vivacious, striking Swedish ex-model, floats (and once in a while flirts) about the tables in this cozy beachfront creole cottage plastered with vivid paintings of sailing and island scenes. An equally animated cross section of Antiguan life usually packs the coveted patio tables (it's a terrific spot to eavesdrop on island gossip), as well as the lounges on the point. The day's selections, including wine specials, are written on a blackboard. Stellar standbys run from goat cheese and caramelized apples in puff pastry to homemade gravlax on potato pancake to mushroom ravioli nestled in spinach with a gossamer creamy pesto, but the high points are the setting and Cecilia herself. As a bonus, Wi-Fi access is free.
