Getting to Antigua: A fair number of nonstop flights from the U.S. make getting to Antigua (ANU) reasonably easy. Antigua itself is something of a Caribbean hub, as it's a major hub for LIAT. You can continue on a small Winair plane to Barbuda, or there is ferry service five days a week, though it's geared for day-trippers. Package deals can be a good deal for resorts here.

Hassle Factor: Low for Antigua, medium for Barbuda.

Nonstops: You can fly nonstop from Atlanta (Delta, twice-weekly in season), Charlotte (US Airways), Miami (American, Caribbean Airlines, Continental), New York-JFK (American), and Newark (Continental).
