Air Travel in Anguilla

American Eagle flies daily from San Juan. TransAnguilla offers daily flights from Antigua, St. Thomas, and St. Kitts and provides air-taxi service on request from neighboring islands. Windward Islands Airways (Winair) flies several times a day from St. Maarten. Anguilla Air Services is a reliable charter operation that flies to any Caribbean destination and runs day trips between Anguilla and St. Barths at the reasonable round-trip rate of $175 per person (four-person minimum). LIAT comes in from Antigua, Nevis, St. Kitts, St. Thomas, and Tortola. Note that LIAT requires all passengers to reconfirm 72 hours in advance, to avoid cancellation of their reservations.

Wallblake Airport is the hub on Anguilla. A taxi ride to the Sandy Ground area runs $7 to $10; to West End resorts it's $16 to $22.

The departure tax is $20, payable in cash at the airport.
