In an old rock-salt factory, you can dance to live music most nights, drink craft beers, and snack on pub food. A mini museum has artifacts and equipment from 19th-century salt factories. Tuesday is ladies' night, and Monday is trivia. Dancing doesn't kick into high gear till after 10 pm.
