Elegant, intimate dinners are served here in a garden overlooking beautiful Shoal Bay. Each season, Dominique Thevenet devises a new menu, innovatively mating French culinary traditions with Caribbean ingredients. The current menu features grilled organic beef tenderloin with lavender oil, spinach and crayfish ravioli in a tomato-garlic sauce, and grilled tuna steak with a juniper berry and port wine cream sauce. Villa guests receive priority for the seven tables, so call ahead for reservations.
