Seaside Stables (Paradise Drive, Cove Bay. 264/497-3667. www.seaside-stables.com) located in Cove Bay offers rides and instruction, if a sunset gallop (or slow clomp) has always been your fantasy. Private rides, at any time of the day are about $75, and prior experience is not required. They have English saddles, as well as some Western and Australian.
