Getting Here & Around

Vanuatu is a string of 70 islands running north to south for around 800 km (500 miles). Efate lies at the southern end of the group, and flights to the other main islands take around 50 minutes each. The international airport is a 10-minute drive from the capital, Port Vila, which sits on a lovely natural harbor lined with restaurants. Several islands, including the resort islands of Iririki and Erakor, dot the lagoon.
