SOI Café & Bar
SOI Café & Bar Review
With floor-to-ceiling windows providing sweeping views of Evans Bay, this restaurant feels a bit like being on a cruise ship. The menu is varied, and the helpings are generous and not too expensive. The fresh salmon, served on a potato rosti (potato pancake) with avocado and dressed watercress finished with crème fraîche makes a great main. While watching the white horses (whitecaps) gallop across the bay, finish with the apple-ginger crumble served with runny cream.
