Fodor's Review:

Set in Queen Elizabeth Park, this colonial wooden pavilion has a covered veranda and windows overlooking the grounds and lake. The prints on the wall nod to Paris, but the menu sticks to New Zealand strengths, such as the in-house smoked loin of venison with butternut, green bean, feta, and raspberry vinaigrette. For on-site parking drive down the Park Avenue entrance—about 150 yards.
