$$$-$$$$, Contemporary, Wellington
Fodor's Review:
Huge windows facing the harbor belie the fact that this historic building on the wharf was once a woolshed. Crisp white tablecloths and sparkling tableware gleam under the dark-wood beams in the spacious dining room. On the broad-ranging menu, seafood stands out, with choices such as potato-crusted grouper with caramelized pumpkin gnocchi. Desserts, such as the banana-and-butterscotch crumble, are rich yet unpretentious.
