Fromm Winery

Fromm Winery Review

Although Marlborough is best known for its sauvignon blancs, its reputation for pinot noir is climbing rapidly. Fromm pioneered the local use of pinot noir and is also known for syrah, malbec, and merlot reserves. All of their wines are produced from organically grown, handpicked grapes; the intense handcrafted vintages are made to cellar. Rieslings and chardonnays are also Fromm strengths. As one of the region's smallest wineries, their tasting room is compact; visitors can look into the winery while tasting and watch the winemaker at work. Tastings are free.
