Set in the old Collingwood Courthouse on the main crossroads into town, this laid-back café makes good use of local foods like smoked Anatoki salmon, organic sausage, and free-range eggs and local wines. The Spanish-style cockle soup infused with saffron and lime is worth stopping for, and the coffee is better than average. There are indoor and outdoor tables, but it pays to book ahead over summer.
