Accents on the Park Review

This guesthouse and backpackers lodge will spoil you for all others. The grand old house in Trafalgar Square, just off the main street of Nelson, feels more like a small hotel than a typical hostel, with its rich brocade fabrics, strong colors, soundproofed rooms, and immaculate bathrooms with high-pressure showers. Rooms vary from en suite doubles with marble bathrooms and kitchenettes to dorm rooms; linen is provided. The balconies overlook the cathedral and its gardens. It's on a narrow street so pull around into the parking lot next door to unload.

    Hotel Details

  • 18 rooms, some en suites, 2 with bath, tent sites.
  • Rate includes no meals.
  • Credit cards accepted.
