Matuka Lodge Review
This lodge is ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the hikes and activities of the Mt. Cook area, and is particularly nice for fly fishermen. You can arrange for a guide to the nearby rivers to go after rainbow and brown trout. Each room has a veranda with mountain views. The less expensive rate is a room with a shower and no bathtub. Your room rate includes breakfast and predinner drink. Only open from September 1st to April 30th, the prime months of warm weather.
