Gibbston Valley Wines Review
At Gibbston Valley Wines, the best-known vineyard in central Otago, you can taste wines in a cool, barrel-lined cave. The showcase wine is pinot noir, but you can sip rieslings and a pinot grigio as well. At the cheesery, you can watch sheep's-milk and goat's-milk cheeses being made.
