The Chalet Review
The Chalet's six fully, self-contained apartments stretch beside the turquoise waters of Lake Tekapo. Six units range from studio size to a two-bedroom cottage apartment. The best have spacious living rooms and lake views; two of the rooms open onto a small patio area and lovely alpine gardens. You can arrange a customized local expedition with the host, an experienced hunting, fishing, and nature guide. Tekapo Township is a scenic five-minute walk away.
