Fodor's Review:
The name winks at this 1940s city landmark's previous incarnation -- as a police station. Sip a cold beer in the courtyard while waiting for tender Moroccan-spiced lamb hot pot (the British pub equivalent of a potpie). After finishing off with chocolate cake served warm with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and fresh cream, you may be tempted to take a quiet snooze under the enormous elm tree outside. There's live music every Friday and Saturday night.
