Fodor's Review:
The interior of this tiny Hawke's Bay institution may be a bit gloomy, but the food is a revelation. Try a large selection of the Dutch-Indonesian food by sharing a rijsttafel, which consists of 13 sampling dishes. Other favorites: marinated prawn satay (grilled skewers) and babi panggang (grilled pork loin with a sweet-and-sour sauce based on onions, pineapple, and lemon juice).
