Owned by Pernod-Ricard, this winery operates pretty much as a separate entity. The wines are labeled Church Road; their chardonnay is a nationwide restaurant staple, and the many variations on the cabernet sauvignon and merlot themes are all worth sampling. A cuve series features limited-release wines with styles and varieties unique to this winery. A wine tour of the unique wine museum and expertly restored cellars (a tasting is included, too) costs $15; bookings are essential. Tasting platters for about $45 can be enjoyed in the indoor-outdoor area.
