Rainbow Springs Nature Park

Fodor's Review:

Stroll through the bush at Rainbow Springs Nature Park to take a close-up look at native birds such as tui, kea, kereru, and kakariki. You can also eyeball a tuatara (an endangered lizard) and see skinks, geckos, and some mighty trout.

  • Cost: $25
