Pig & Whistle

Pig & Whistle Review

The name winks at this 1940s city landmark's previous incarnation—a police station. This is pub fare at its absolute best: fish-and-chips are a favorite or go for beef schnitzel with crumbed parmesan and oregano. Finish off your delightful meal with a snooze under the enormous elm tree outside. Live music is a feature Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and if you are in town when a big sporting event is playing it will be beamed via the giant screens in the bars.
