Daniel Schuster is one of Canterbury's pioneering winemakers, with a strong history of success both in New Zealand and California. His vines are grown in a traditional manner, without irrigation, and his wines are crafted by hand -- a little from this barrel and a little from that. He is a master to watch at work, and his wines are some of the best coming out of Canterbury.
