Panorama Motor Lodge Review

Sitting back a bit on the Bay Hill, the Panorama has views of the Pacific Ocean from the front units on the Bay Wing, and smaller views of Aoraki/Mt. Cook from the Alpine Wing units. It's a family-style accommodation ranging from studios to two-bedroom units—ideal if you're traveling with a few others. Each modestly furnished self-contained unit has a kitchen or kitchenette.

    Panorama Motor Lodge Review

Booked well in advance for family of four, including 2 year old and 9 month old, requested cot in room on both booking call and one week prior confirmation phone call. No cot, no towels and soaps, had to do everything ourselves, and then were supplied faulty and dangerous cot which was inadequate for baby. No offer of help, or apology. Charged $145 for a one bedroom unit and then $25 each for the children! Very disappointing...
