Fodor's Review:

The City Mall area around Cashel and High streets has been out of bounds to cars since the early 1980s. Major branches of music and clothing chains make up most of the frontage here, but there are some one-offs worth stopping at, such as Ballantyne's cashmere, the Vault craft boutique, and Wild Places for souvenirs.
