Fodor's Review:
Right at the city's heart, on Cathedral Square, this glossy complex blends European and Asian touches. In the tasteful blue-and-gold rooms, for instance, Italian lamps stand beside Asian ginger jars. The Cathedral suites have the best views, overlooking the Cathedral and the Square. Have a cappuccino or a cocktail in Bar Santé and watch the goings-on in the busy square.
