Lacking the immediate street appeal you might expect from a homestead built in 1874, this B&B in the center of the city slowly reveals its treasure as you walk through its dark wood-panelled entrance. The lounge is an eclectic mix of old vintage and bright modern decor that combines surprisingly well. Guest rooms vary in size, shape, and colors, but all have ensuites. Behind a courtyard at the back are a selection of private, modern and stylish motel units. Room 8 is small and right next to the front door (you'll pay less for a reason).
