Amerissit

Fodor's Review:

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking rooftops and Mt. Hobson, this architecturally modern, cedar B&B is a quiet home away from home yet close to the restaurants of Parnell and shops in Newmarket. White walls and bed linen and soft charcoal carpet throughout add to the peacefulness. The two upstairs rooms have private decks, and one has a whirlpool bath. Owner Barbara McKain serves breakfast in the semicircular conservatory-style dining room, and will give you a tour of the city to help you get your bearings. Pros: Quiet environment, well tended. Con: Coin-operated washing machine and dryer is ridiculous.
