Classic Comedy & Bar

Fodor's Review:

Classic Comedy & Bar is housed in what used to be an X-rated movie theater, so if you get a funny look when you ask for directions, you'll know why. These days it is Auckland's main venue for live comedy. The caliber of the acts varies, and you'll find a mix of well-known Kiwi comedians, new faces, and the occasional international act. The Classic is host to the International Laugh Festival every April.
