Above its own brewery 15 minutes from the city center, "Malt" serves delectable wood-oven pizzas, high-quality meat and seafood dishes, and delicious home-brewed beer in a laid-back atmosphere. If you can't decide between the gourmet pizzas, which include combos such as chicken in tandoori spice with onion, roasted pumpkin, and banana, they'll make one half-and-half. Dishes such as braised lamb shank with vegetables panache, baked potato, and mint gravy, and herb-crusted or tempura-battered fish with chips, aioli, pesto, and salad garnish are also on the menu, but many guests are here simply for the five types of beer. Each 100% malt, they include lagers, a wheat beer, and a light and dark ale.
