Savusavu

From raising sails in the bay to drop-shots on resort tennis courts, Savusavu's small town and quiet, resort-dotted countryside offers a wide range of active endeavors, if you know where to look. The upscale resorts lay out options from scuba diving to hiking for guests and independent operators will also direct and/or guide visitors to the area's best boating, kayaking, fishing, and trekking, providing the necessary equipment. While good snorkeling is generally a given throughout Fiji, Savusavu Bay's sharp rocks make it a poor snorkeling area.
