Lomani Cottage Review
Its full entertainment system and "infinity pool" make this Taveuni's most luxuriously appointed self-contained rental. The property's caretaker meets guests on arrival and is available to recommend and book trips, excursions, and restaurants throughout the stay. A chef specializing in curries and seafood is available on 24 hours' notice and a housekeeper is on call for $5/hour. The open-plan house has a bedroom with a mosquito-netted king-size bed, a living area and a kitchen. Outside, the pool area has two daybeds on a hardwood deck overlooking Somosomo Strait. The property's lush gardens have bananas, pineapples, avocados, mangos, and other fruits. You can enter the ocean for swimming and good snorkeling from the rocky area at the bottom of the hill. The house is about 5 mi (8 km) south of the airport.
