This Federation-era inn is one of Perth's most centrally located hotels; it's across the road from the Perth Railway Station and a block from the Hay Street Mall. The rooms here (there are also some two-room apartments) have character and history along with period decor. For a more modern option request a refurbished room. Downstairs, the Boheme bar and restaurant is sleek and contemporary spilling out to an alfresco seating area, while Moon and Sixpence serves 30 different international and local beers in the atmosphere of a traditional British pub.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Wentworth Plaza for 5 nights. The hotel has a problem with bedbugs and by the time that I checked out I had over 30 bites. I didn't realize that the bites were from bedbugs until I got home and went to my Doctor. There is no doubt where the bites came from. When I checked in I had no bites and when I checked out I had over 30 bites.
