Since 1881, J. Boag & Son has been brewing quality Tasmanian beer, one of Australia's finest, in this imposing brick building. Tours of the brewery, which are available on weekdays, show you the entire process, from brew house to packaging, and end with beer tastings plus a cheese platter if you book the more expensive option. Advance bookings are essential.
