Diamond Island Resort Review
Located 1½ km (1 mi) north of Bicheno, this property overlooks the Tasman Sea and has direct beach access. Twelve duplex units, each with two bedrooms, are nestled within 7 acres of landscaped gardens; there are also 14 smaller one-bedroom units. All have private bathrooms. Included in the rate is a group tour to see fairy penguins, who come ashore each night after a day of fishing.
