Fodor's Review:
Bordering the Rocks and the central business and shopping district, this statuesque tower combines the space and comforts of an apartment with the amenities of a five-star hotel. Luxurious one- and two-bedroom units, all on the eighth floor or higher, each have a lounge, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry. All apartments have either harbor or city views, and some of the more expensive Harbour View Suites have balconies. Round-the-clock room service, a glamorous health club, and a trendy restaurant and bar add even more panache.
