Fodor's Review:
With windows overlooking the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Aria could easily rest on the laurels of its location. Instead, chef Matthew Moran creates a menu of extraordinary dishes that may be your best meal in the antipodes. (Be warned: the bill will have you reeling!) Make a reservation before you even get on the plane, and let your mouth begin to water for the double-cooked sweet pork belly and the aged beef fillet in béarnaise sauce. The wine list is superb, as is the service. Even the warm rolls with butter are memorable.
