Sydney restaurateur Nick Manettas likes to grab the waterfront locations; his latest venture is a glass-encased modern space attached to the vintage-1928 pavilion on the beach's pedestrian promenade. Although a bit touristy for some diners, no one can dismiss the great location, and the classic seafood staples—including the three-tied platter (designed for two diners) bulging with oysters, shellfish, and crayfish—are sure to please.
