Fodor's Review:
Hugo's is one of the hippest bars in Sydney, so when it launched a pizzeria it had a built-in clientele queuing up for a seat at its tiny tables with leather settees. Unless you're friends with the owners, you should be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait to get into this hot spot on bar- and club-lined Bayswater Road. Nurse an expensive cocktail or overpriced beer while you wait to sink your teeth into the gourmet thin-crust pizzas, which are absolutely worth every second that you've stood in line. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and crispy; try the pork-belly pie served on a slab of wood. The restaurant is so dimly lighted no one will be able to tell if you've got sauce on your face.
