The gracious, salon-style look of the Observatory Hotel's dining room has become a hot spot, thanks to the innovative, Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine of chef Haru Inukai. Start with the amazing trio of duck terrine (duck confit, duck breast, and foie gras), before moving onto the chef's popular signature dish, spatchcock à la Haru. The seven-course tasting menu (A$115) is also a favorite with the locals.
