Kabminye Wines Review

Built from local mud brick and corrugated iron, with a winglike roof, the light-filled cellar door at Kabminye Wines was a controversial addition to the valley—but there's no argument about the wines and the food. Each wine has its own unique and surprising taste, particularly the excellent Ilona rosé and the full-frontal flagship Hubert Shiraz. The Krondorf Road Café cooks up traditional Silesian fare with a focus on locally produced products, and the staff are really passionate about the region. Changing art exhibitions are often displayed in the upstairs gallery.
