The Barossa region is at its best in this sophisticated spot, where vivid contemporary artworks adorn the walls and wide windows look out on rows of vineyards. The short menu blends Australian, Mediterranean, and Asian flavors in such dishes as delicious truffled leek risotto with confit duck leg, roasted apple, and pinot jus. Scarlet and charcoal suede chairs and an upbeat jazz sound track make it easy to relax; top winemakers often come here to sample from the cellar's 160 wines.
