Kenji, the chef and owner, is one of the few in Australia to hold a license to prepare fugu (pufferfish), so it goes without saying this should be first on your list—you'll experience a great amalgamation of taste, texture, and presentation. Other famous dishes include the extremely fresh sushi and sashimi boat (oysters, sushi, sashimi, pickled fish, etc.), which serves 2–3 people for a pricey A$65. The quality of the food is worth the price, though, and the ever-changing
degustation menu is genius; plus, the miso-marinated olives are complimentary.
