Do you inhale deeply from your wine glass before drinking? Do you know your back palate from your front? Then you're ready to join the wine buffs at this pavilion-style vineyard restaurant. The restaurant overlooks vineyards and the distant city skyline and coast. The view alone makes eating here a memorable experience. The seasonal menu might include such European-flavor Oz delights as KI marron (a delicious lobster-looking creature typically harvested near Kangaroo Island),
chick weed, young shoots, peas, wood sorrel and organic honey. You can choose between a 4-, 7-, or 10-course meal. Opt to have accompanying wines selected for you; it costs extra but the experience is well worth it (this is a vineyard after all).
