This multi-award-winning, all-weather sea life sanctuary features back-to-back marine presentations, including stingray feedings, guided shark tours, and seal and otter shows, all accompanied by informative talks. It features 16 zones over three levels, including Australia's largest and most interactive jellyfish display, and its famous underwater tunnel which lets you get face-to-face with the majestic creatures of the deep. Roll up your sleeves and tickle a sea star or a sea cucumber in the touch pool; or swim with seals (A$90), snorkel the reef (A$65) or scuba dive with resident sharks (A$255 for beginners, A$195 for certified divers). The twice-daily behind-scenes tour is also well worth it at only A$10 (pre-booking is a must). A souvenir shop and a café are also on-site. The aquarium is part of Mooloolaba's Wharf Complex, which features a marina, restaurants, and a tavern. Don't forget to get your hand stamped so you can re-enter the park.
